Mark personally checks the house as often as you would like. He makes sure the house is safe, secure, looks occupied, and operating efficiently. He also will do other services as per the customer’s request, such as watering plants, starting cars, maintaining spas & water features, and letting contractors in.

We care for your home inside and out, so landscaping is a very important part of our services. Our eye for detail means your property look great from the curb. Mark's several years of landscape experience and his knowledge shows with the vast landscape services we provide. Our snow removal service in the winter leaves your home looking occupied and accessible.

Coming to town? Just let us know and we will make sure your house is clean, heat is up, and water heater up. We also provide weekly house cleaning for your convenience while you are here. Since we primarily service absentee homeowners, we are very open to your schedule and are very accommodating to what you want or don’t want cleaned, as the whole house may not be used.

We are open for special request. We pick up packages, drive cars, get groceries, water indoor plants, pick up garbage, and offer handyman services. Each customer is different and has different needs. We try our best to accommodate those needs. If you have something you want done, just let us know.
